SkyView was founded in 2015 by Julie Betzler, who recognized a critical need in the broader Michigan market for a high‑touch, clinically grounded service model. Drawing on her experience as a nurse case manager, she built SkyView to support injured individuals and their families, as well as medical providers, attorneys, insurers, employers, and TPAs.
In 2024, VONA acquired SkyView, bringing expanded resources, advanced tools, and nationwide support to the trusted relationships our clients already depend on. Our team of highly skilled nurse case managers brings deep clinical expertise to uncover hidden barriers to claims resolution and the auto no‑fault insight needed to address them efficiently and effectively.
